R. Thomas Rutter, Partner

Mr. Rutter is the co-founder of Rutter Communications and serves as Chairman of the company.  His career in the cable television advertising industry has spanned the past 20 years.

Tom is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Ball State University.  He has not only helped promote the spirit of the entrepreneur through his leadership at Rutter, but also has interests in a number of business enterprises, including a full-service advertising agency, long-term healthcare, a collections agency and numerous real estate holdings.

Mr. Rutter has been an active fixture in a number of community activities and organizations in the Muncie area, including Cardinal Varsity Club, United Way of Delaware County and Ball State University.

Bradley M. Benbow, Partner

Mr. Benbow is the co-founder of Rutter, along with company Chairman Tom Rutter. He served as company president through 1995.

A native Hoosier and Munsonian, Brad has spent over 20 years in the cable television industry and nearly three decades in marketing and advertising. In addition to his cable television background, Mr. Benbow is also Chairman and CEO of Joseph David Advertising, a full-service advertising agency with offices in Indianapolis, Chicago, and St. Simons Island, Georgia.

A graduate of Wabash College with a degree in economics, Brad serves in a leadership capacity for a variety of national Christian-based organizations and has served on numerous local boards of non-profit agencies in the Muncie community, including Family Services and Habitat for Humanity.

E. King Lumpkin, Partner

Mr. Lumpkin is a partner of Rutter, whose cable career has spanned almost two decades.  King joined the company as its first account executive in 1988 and went on to become the second company president in Rutter's history in 1996.

King is a long-time Hoosier by way of Texas and Georgia and is a graduate of Wabash College. In addition to his role as a partner in Rutter, Mr. Lumpkin is also a partner in the investment firm of Sursa Griner Lumpkin Wealth Management Group, a Robert W. Baird affiliate in Central Indiana.

In addition to being an active family man, King has long been a community leader and volunteer.  He is past president of the board for United Way of Delaware County and remains active in a number of youth and civic organizations.

Adlai Chester, VP & CFO

Adlai Chester is the Vice President and CFO for Rutter.  He began is career with company in December of 2005 as Controller and was promoted to his current position in August of 2006.  Prior to joining Rutter, Mr. Chester worked for regional accounting firms in Indiana and Ohio.

Adlai serves the community as treasurer of the board for Muncie Mission Ministries and is an adjunct accounting professor at Ball State University.  He is a 2006 graduate of the Academy for Community Leadership and is an active member of his First Church of East Central Indiana.

Bruce McClain, President of Fusework Studios

Bruce McClain serves as the President and Co-founder of Fusework Studios. As the division's chief executive, Bruce oversees the strategic growth and all operational aspects of the division. Bruce is an integral part of daily production, employee growth and training, and creative and marketing strategy.

Mr. McClain has had more than 12 years in web development, technology, and creative and marketing

Bruce is a lifelong resident of Yorktown, Indiana and attended Purdue University where he studied Communications. Bruce is involved in several community activities and has recently developed a computer training class for local Senior Citizens which he teaches on a weekly basis.
