So in 1997, we implemented and trademarked C.E.O. as the Rutter standard for how we treat our clients and build a lasting relationship. The C.E.O. standard is now a part of the very fabric of the Rutter brand and we gear every aspect of our business to delivering C.E.O. service to every client, every day without exception.
Our training across the company reflects this commitment. In addition to job-specific training, all of our associates learn how to deliver the "extra step" to make certain that every aspect of our relationship with every client is extraordinary. Our Rutter Rewards program for employees is also focused on this philosophy and incentives are given to "C.E.O's" who deliver this experience to our clients. Best of all, nominations most often come from clients, which is the true measuring stick for us. |
