Rutter Employees Complete Academy for Community Leadership

Rutter Communications employees Adlai Chester and Brian McKay recently completed their Academy for Community Leadership training during commencement Thursday, January 11th at the Horizon Convention Center.
Since 1976, the Academy for Community Leadership, co-sponsored by Ball State University's School of Extended Education and the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, enables participants to broaden their view of civic leadership and further develop their talents to meet community needs.
"Community is one of our core values at Rutter, and Muncie needs more people like Adlai and Brian," stated Rutter president Richard Crist. "They are both committed to making a difference in our community and regularly look for meaningful ways to give back. We are proud to have them on our leadership team at Rutter."
