Rutter Communications Completes Internal Company Merger

Muncie, Ind. November 16, 2007

Muncie-headquartered Rutter Communications has merged its award-winning film/video production company, ideavenue, with its Internet marketing division, Fusework Studios.

"The merger of ideavenue and Fusework Studios will help us bring even greater results to our clients," said Bruce McClain, Executive Director of Production & Operations for Fusework Studios. "Under the Fusework Studios banner, we can now more seamlessly bring dynamic content to bear in a variety of online delivery methods. The ability to create and deliver film and video in new media applications is in demand and a natural extension of traditional video applications," he said.

Brien Richmond, Director of New Media added, "Nothing is changing as far as our dedication to producing the highest quality film and video work for our clients. Our talented staff will continue to bring award-winning expertise to the process and the finished product." The former ideavenue staff will join the Fusework Studios team in their new office at 7330 E. 86th Street, Suite 400 on the north side of Indianapolis.

The combined Fusework Studios team is headed by co-founders Bruce McClain, Executive Director of Production & Operations and Ben Bullard, Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. The management team also includes Brian McKay, Director of Business Creation; Brien Richmond, Director of New Media; Nellie Stout, Director of Creative Services; Jason Brown, Director of Photography; Brandon Coppernoll, Director of Internet Services and Mark Shaffer, Director Systems Architecture.

Fusework Studios is an integrated web marketing and IT provider with offices in Muncie and Indianapolis. Fusework is a division of Rutter Communications Network, a privately held, multi-media company headquartered in Muncie, Ind. with interests in television advertising representation, film and video production, Internet marketing and information technology support.
