Joy Kirby named Traffic & Accounting Administrator

Muncie, IN - January 23, 2007

Rutter Communications Network recently announced that Joy Kirby has been promoted to Traffic and Accounting Administrator. Kirby has been with Rutter for the past two years as Client Service Associate for Rutter Corporate.

Kirby's responsibilities will include; contract entry, traffic and billing, accounting administration as well as accounts payable.
