Tom Simpson Promoted To Vice President at Rutter

Muncie, IN - February 13, 2008

Rutter Communications Network recently announced the promotion of Tom Simpson to Vice President and Chief Communications Officer.

Simpson has been with Rutter for the past seven years, most recently as Director of Communications for the Corporate office.

"As a member of Rutter's Senior Leadership Team, Tom is well deserving of this recognition," commented Rutter president, Richard Crist. "Through his leadership in the areas of marketing, training, client relations and overall communications, Tom has impacted every area of our business in very significant ways. He is a true servant leader, willing to do whatever is needed to help our staff and clients reach their goals."

Mr. Simpson will oversee all internal and external communication strategies for Rutter and affiliate division Fusework Studios. In addition, Simpson will be responsible for all marketing efforts for the company and oversee the companywide training program. Simpson will also continue to consult on branding and marketing for Rutter and Fusework clients in all markets.

Mr. Simpson's marketing career spans over two decades in the area. He is a former Communications officer with First Merchants Corporation and former owner of TDS Media Services in Muncie.

Mr. Simpson is an active volunteer in the community, having served on the Board of Directors at numerous local agencies and non-profit organizations. He currently serves as President of the Mt. Pleasant Township School Board in Yorktown.
